The song is by a band and a guy is singing

there all dresses in white and they are putting flour in bags like it was a drug and they meet with people hand over the "drug" them kill them but its not gun they kill them with its pies and by the end of the video there rich when the adding up the money they look at each other then they all hold up pies

who is the song by and maybe the name thanks :)
