Music won't play on my Insignia Sport MP3. :(

Question

I recently purchased the Insignia Sport MP3 player and got a free 30-day trial of Best Buy Rhapsody music store music. The 30-day trial is expired and since it has, I have not been able to play my music. The player will not play anything. It goes into this need to sync-up mode. I have hooked up to the computer numerous times to try to fix the problem but to no avail. Is there anything that I can do to listen again to the music on my player or do I need to empty out and start all over again?
