Music writers block?

Question

i've been involved with music vividly for the last few years, more the piano more so than any other instrument. and have learned and written alot of great pieces, but lately i've been feeling like there's only so many things i can do on a paino, in order to make it sound like an original piece, and i frequently find myself condensing my music and others back to basic chords. i try messing with the style and tempo of the music and i feel like there's to much predictability behind what im playing.. is there anyway to get past this state of thought?

Im not a great musician i just try and make stuff up for fun. I got bored of my style as well and I changed stuff up recently. Maybe try and get different influences. listen to different things, stuff you'd never listen to normally.
