What aspect in a chart would indicate this? Just curious. Thanks.

You'd look to the placements of Libra, Taurus and Pisces on the house cusps, as well as the placements of Venus and Neptune within the signs and houses, particularly the 3rd (how one communicates), the 5th (house of creativity), possibly the MC (house of career...someone with say venus conj. MC could be likely to seek a career in the arts).
