  1. Sorry, I can't help with the first question, but I may be able to help with the other one.

    When you stand/march, use your abs more than your lower back to keep good posture (even if this means leaning forward a teeny bit). A good posture helps to keep your horn up and get a good glide step going. Keep your chin slightly up, and make sure your elbows aren't too far out (not only does it look sloppy, it puts strain on your shoulders).

    Speaking of shoulders, that's where most of weight is held. So, if you want to strengthen those by weights, do exercises that focus on that area (arm raises, butterfly, and there's one with a medicine ball where you "draw" letters with the ball, whatever works the shoulder and upper back)

  2. for the horn angle;

    make sure you create a triangle shape from your hands down to your elbows, it should be even on all 3 sides. excercises that help with strength include pull ups where the bar goes behind your head, diamond type pushups, ...

    your posture can help alot-remember to keep your glute muscles tight for best posture (good posture basics lead to less fatigue in other body muscles).

    as for the ave maria;

    1. giving it for free is copyright infringement

    how would you feel if i gave away something that you created & were making money from?

    2. theres alot of arrangements out there-if i find one thats suitable i will edit my answer to add that.

  3. Are you referring to Schubert's Ave Maria,  or the Bach-Gounod? You DO realise that those are the composers of Ave Maria and that it was not originally composed for some or other movie?
