  1. I think you have a very good distinctive voice but i would like to hear you do a more musical theatre style song. From what ive heard  of your voice so far i think it may suit this.

Remember though, if you want to succeed in musical theatre you must also have skills in dance and acting. Maybe you couls post yourself in a  song that combines these skills of a triplee threat peformer.

    Good Luck x

  2. I think you have a very nice voice, with more training and persistance, i don't see no reason why you can't end up in the west end theatre. Good luck! :o)

  3. Possibly but not with that material

Musical theatre requires a very specific kind of voice and breathing; it is very different from pop stylings and you should not audition for a musical with a pop song unless it's a show that cntains pop songs in it, like Movin' Out or Mamma Mia.

Also, you need to work with an accompanist.  Musicals and their auditions still use piano accompaniment and this is how you need to accustom yourself to working.

That said, you have a pleasing voice and are able to carry a tune (some try without this ability).  Work with a voice teacher and get into dance classes to learn about posture and what to do with your hands.  Also, memorize your lyrics and stop looking down at your computer

Audition for a school or community theatre musical and have fun.  Good luck.

  4. You have a nice voice :)

You should start to enter compatitions to make a name for yourself and get more well-known. Like that in later years people will see that you have experience and will take you more serious too.

    Good Luck with it!

  5. Firstly its impossible for me to say whether you could make it or not. Its such a hard business to break into. I am 26 and took ballet lessons for 14 years all through school and took singing lessons for a year. I then went on to train at theatre school and went for many auditions. It is so so hard as there are so many people out there looking for the same career. And now with High school musical etc. Its brought it even further into the limelight. Talent shows like X Factor and Britain's got talent. Have made things more difficult. Celebs are getting roles in Musical theatre now to pull ticket sales.

Firstly I would get The Stage Newspaper every Thursday and go for auditions.

I would also get some dance training behind you as an all rounder is what people are looking for. Maybe take classes at Pineapple Dance studios. And just get out there. But be warned. its hard sometimes you will go to an audition and feel like before you have even spoke they have decided. They have a certain look they are trying to fill, and that might not be you. I wis you much luck. Keep at it. I have sat outside for 6 hours to sing one verse of a song for Mamma Mia in the West end and been told I didn't fit the bill.

I don't regret a thing. But always have a back up plan. I now have a degree in Dance teaching. So you always need something else.

    Good Luck
