"Times Like These" and "Let it Die" - Foo Fighters

    and mileys breakout

  3. I'm performing at my mom's 20 yr med school reunion this Saturday, so I've been learning a lot of songs from back in her day & putting a Cat Power / Nouvelle Vague-like spin on them. A few of them I already knew & have been dusting off, and some were brand-new to me:

    Singing & Guitar

Man in the Mirror - Micheal Jackson (no weird grunting though)

Under Pressure - Bowie / Queen (1st song I ever learned, am scraping off the rust this week)

Closer to Fine - Indigo Girls

    Songbird - Fleetwood Mac

Sweet Child o Mine - Sheryl Crow cover of Guns & Roses

    Bad Medicine - Bon Jovi

    The Promise - Tracy Chapman

    Faith - George Michaels

    Like a Prayer - Madonna

    One - U2

    Midnight Train - Journey

Time After Time - Cyndi Lauper

Hazy Shade of the Winter - Bangles

    Piano:

    Croatian Rhapsody - Maksim

I don't have any of them nailed down yet, though, & I'm sorta freaking. Scratch that, I'm full-time freaking. I am seriously "Under Pressure."

    : )

    EDIT

Thx. Maksim is an awesome, insanely hot Croatian pianist. Croatian Rhapsody was composed by a brilliant Croatian named Tonči Huljić.

I don't play it nearly that well, though!!! Watch it in like slo-mo and you'll get the idea as to what I sound like..... *!* : )

  4. Songs I play

    "Sitting, Waiting, Wishing"-Jack Johnson

    "I'm Yours"-Jason Mraz

    "Blackbird"-The Beatles

    "Astair"-Matt Costa

    "Stop This Train"-John Mayer

    Some classical pieces as well.

And parts of other songs. (My teachers fault lol)!
