  1. http://tafsir.com

Tafsir Ibn Kathir. its well known, and has narrations from the Sunnah and salaf (pious predecessors.)

  2. http://www.altafsir.com/

  3. The best source I know of for commentary on the Qur'aan is tafsir.com.  Many people like using Qur'aan explorer as well.

Honestly, the majority of websites are just the opinion of random people.  Stick with major works like Ibn Katheer and Tabaree and you can't go wrong.  There are some sites that provide that stuff for free.

  4. www.qurancomplex.com

    www.quraan.com

    www.tafsir.com

    quran.al-islam.com

    You're looking mainly for tafseer.

Tafsir.com will be your best site in english.

quran.al-islam.com (the arabic section) is best for Arabic

  5. Online Qur'an:

    http://www.quranflash.com/en/index.html

    Online Exegesis (Commentaries):

    http://www.altafsir.org

    Offline Qur'an:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?hdrxx2y11xj

    EDIT:

Do you know Arabic? The exegesis website is a great one but the Arabic part is much more than the English.

    EDIT:

Yes, I like English, too. Anyways, the second link contains tons of information. When you need information about a specific verse, open the section "At-Tafasir" (The Arabic link) and specify the Surah and Ayah number in addition to the tafsir you want. Choose the "Ummahatul-Tafsir" and then in the lower list choose any Tafsir like "Ibn Kathir, At-Tabari, Al-Qurtubi, etc." which are all great exegesis and contain detailed information about the verse with relevant Ahadith and reason of revelation.

  6. You have some great answers here.

This 'hope' person seems to be trolling the Ramadan section pushing shia beliefs as though they are the beliefs of all Muslims.  The poor thing doesn't know what she is even talking about.  It gets tiring when a 12 year old cuts and pastes c**p.

  7. http://www.sistani.org/ good source.

And here is another good site, for reverts to the true Islam.

    http://www.revertmuslims.com/

  8. al-islam.org
