  1. Christians are like Sunnis.

    Christians can not explain Trinity

and Sunnis can not explain their four Fiqah as one Sratulmustaqeem

  2. Yes..

Christians worship 3 gods which is polytheism, which according to Qur'an is an unforgiveable sin.

Then they make up the excuse that "1x1x1=1."

    I just say "1+1+1= 3."

  3. Tri means three. The concept of three includes three people have the same power as God. In Islam, it is one of the greatest sins to include a second being besides Allah with same power, then how can u talk about the trinity and include three beings with godly powers and not call it a shirk? It's the greatest sin!

  4. yep

  5. Yes.

  6. yes

  7. To believe that there is anyone other than the One and Only Lord who has Godly powers, or is an offspring of Allah is shirk. Shirk means to associate some partner, equal or offspring with God. So if the trinity associates somebody with God, it's definitely shirk!

  8. I think for a muslim to accept the christian concept of the trinity would be......since this goes against the quran.   But i think don't think the trinity is shirk.   The christian view isn't 3 separate gods...but rather 1 god in different forms.   They still believe in "the god of abraham", and jesus is that god in human form.

Now for that article.  Stay away from stuff like that...its numerology...its coincidences that you can find if you look hard enough.   How about the whole # 19 thing ..... if we really think its a hidden miracle, then we need to listen to khalifa and delete the 2 ayahs from the quran that don't follow the 19 pattern.

Think of how many things don't work out so wasn't mentioned.

  9. No, it's not shirk. They believe that God is present in three persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit, united as one in the Trinity.

    Salam.

  10. If Jesus is God, it means that God had to sacrifice himself to himself so he himself can forgive you!!

im really confused about how it makes sense to them but apparently jesus is god, jesus is son of god, and god/jesus is a "holy spirit" -- all at the same time.

    yup, thats definitely shirk.

  11. Yes it's is shirk, because they are placing something else on the same level as God

  12. Allah is not like His creation. He is separate from his creation. He does not share worship with what He created. He is one. Associating Him with his creation or saying that He has partners is Shirk. There are many types of Shirk. the Trinity say's that Allah( God) is three and one, which makes no sense to Islamic monotheism.

Allah created the spirit. He is not spirit.

  13. Salam for you my dear friend. Yes believing of trinity(Allah as the father,Jesus as the son of Allah and  Gabriel(or Jibril anglel as holy spirit)is shirk.Shirk sin is unforgiven sin as stated in the Qur'an. Allah spoke in the Qur'an that Jesus/Isa Al Masih was a normal human although he had no father because Allah is almighty.Jesus did not die on the cross because he was saved by Allah and replaced by someone who appeared like Jesus. It is disclosed in the Qur'an too.

So in the eyes of muslims, christians are kafirs because they worship also to Jesus as the son of God (Allah),besides to Allah.so they treat and make ally to Allah.

  14. Only in Islam is it considered shirk but that's because Muhammed said Jesus was not the Son of God.

  15. Yes, it's putting two other things with God.

  16. Well, I dont support Christians at all, but many of you are saying something unfair for Christians! I was a Christian, and no, Christians dont believe in 3 Gods, but a God in Tri-Unity!

He's one God in three forms!

Believe me, I dont even understand this concept so I cant explain it to ya! But anyways, I just know they're God is one!

And...by the way, just a suggestion...if you really want to know answers about Christianity, then I think you will get more better and accurate answers if u ask Christians, which are primarily followers of it!

  17. I am Christian, not Muslim, so I don't presume to judge from the Muslim point of view.  But if "shirk" means polytheism, or believing in more than one God, or believing that there are others equal to God, then the doctrine of the Trinity does not qualify as "shirk."  Christians believe in One God.  We believe that God manifests to us in 3 ways, as 3 "persons," rather as each human has different aspects to his/her own personality, but remains one person.  God, being infinitely greater than a human, we can call these aspects "persons," but this doesn't mean that God is divided up into pieces.  That would be silly.

Besides, Christians call the doctrine of Trinity a Mystery, since no mere human can really understand it.

  18. Yes it is.

The teachings of the Church contradict the teachings of Jesus (pbuh) and that is the cause of the confusion. Many who accept the Trinity view it that same way.

If a sincere christian who wants to follow Jesus (peace be upon him), asks priests about trinity, the answer that he gets is "It is a Mystery, not explained by Jesus (pbuh) clearly", at that time again those forget that Jesus (pbuh) said,

"I spoke openly to the world. I always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where the Jews always meet, and in secret I have said nothing" (John 18:20 (NKJ)).

If trinity is confusing enough to be called a mystery, it cannot be from God. Because:

"God is not a God of confusion."—1 Corinthians 14:33, Revised Standard Version (RS).

There was no mystery in the message of Jesus (pbuh), nothing secret. Will you accept the priests' so called "mystery of trinity" and forget clear commandments of Jesus (pbuh)?

    Jesus (pbuh) clearly said:

    A) Mark 12:29: "the Lord our God, the lord is One".

    B) Metthew: 26:39: "He went a little farther and fell on His face and prayed" (Following Jesus (pbuh) way is following what he did). Jesus (pbuh) prayed to one God

    C) Matthew 4:10 "You shall worship the Lord, your God, and him only you shall serve"

    D) John 14:28 reads-- " You heard that I said to you,I am going away and i am coming back to you. If you loved me , you would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father,BECAUSE THE FATHER IS GREATER THAN I AM"

    E) Mark 13:32: "But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father."

    F) John 5:19: "Most truly I say to you, the son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative but only what he beholds the father doing."

    G) Matthew 19:17. "And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments."

    H) John 7:16  Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me

The trinity is a doctrine from about the year 325 AD, It has its roots in polytheism, It is not in the bible unless you really, really stretch it to fit.

The New Catholic Encyclopedia - 1967, VOL. XIV, PAGE 299:

The formulation "one God in three Persons" was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, PRIOR TO THE END OF THE 4TH CENTURY. But it is precisely this formulation that first claimed to title "The Trinitarian Dogma. AMONG THE APOSTOLIC FATHERS, THERE HAD BEEN NOTHING EVEN REMOTELY APPROACHING SUCH A MENTALITY OR PERSPECTIVE.

You should not accept the word “son” literally . Word "son" was used in bible for general human beings and other prophets also. "we all are the children of father in heavens" indicates that word "son" was used in different meaning of love and care.

Mathew: 5:9. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the sons of God.”

The number of times Jesus called himself "son of man" is enormous.

"God is not as a man, that he should lie nor as a son of man, that he should be changed" (Numbers 23:19).

Jesus , Moses, Mohammad (peace be upon them), they all worshiped the same God, the God of Ibrahim (pbuh). All prophets taught "surrendering one's will to God" that is the meaning of word "Islam". Word "christianity" did not exist at the time of Christ, but you will find Jesus (pbuh) teachings to be "surrender your will to God" in bible many times.

JAMES 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

There was just not one holy book sent by God on earth through His messengers. The last one had to be there to correct mistakes in the previous ones. The last testiment from the same source, with many similarities, but correcting mistakes in earlier ones made by humans.

If only the genuine followers of Jesus (pbuh), who truly love him, read the Bible in context, and study the Qur’an, they will definitely reach the conclusion that GOD IS ONE, without any partners; and Jesus (pbuh)  the son of Mary (pbuh) is a messenger of GOD!

Muslims love Jesus (pbuh), they believe in his miraculous birth with the will of God without a father or sexual act (the way Adam was born without a mother and father), , they believe in miracles that Jesus (pbuh) performed with permission of God, muslims faith demands them to believe Jesus (pbuh) was a great prophet of God and belief in the original message of Jesus (pbuh) the massaya.

Qur’an, revealed to the Prophet Muhammed (an illiterate person, who didn't know how to read or write) some 600 years after Jesus (pbuh) corrects the errors that crept (knowingly or unknowingly) into the message that Jesus (pbuh) brought. This book was not preserved on paper or in one church but in hearts of thousands of muslims who memorised Quran word by word the way it was revealved and recited it daily 5 times in prayers. After Mohammad (pbuh), there was not even one dispute about a word of Quran in compiling it, that's how what you see today is only one original Quran in arabic with exact words in each one of them. Till today there have been billions of muslims who have memorised Quran by heart word by word, never found for any other book. Quran should prove to be a very valuable asset to both Muslims and Christians.

Quran: [4:171] O people of the scripture, do not transgress the limits of your religion, and do not say about GOD except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus (pbuh), the son of Mary, was a messenger of GOD, and His word that He had sent to Mary, and a revelation from Him. Therefore, you shall believe in GOD and His messengers. You shall not say, "Trinity." You shall refrain from this for your own good. GOD is only one god. Be He glorified; He is much too glorious to have a son. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. GOD suffices as Lord and Master.

[5:73] Pagans indeed are those who say that GOD is a third of a trinity. There is no god except the one god. Unless they refrain from saying this, those who disbelieve among them will incur a painful retribution.

Would you really believe in some twisted and vague words in Bible that people try to use to prove divinity of Jesus (pbuh).in Bible, written after 50-300 years after Jesus (pbuh) by people who never met him (like Paul).

Jesus (pbuh) spoke Hebrew/Armaic, not English or any other language. Not even one priest on earth disputes the fact that Bible in our hands today is not same as was revealed to Jesus. Just one word "g*y" has changed its meaning in just 50 years, what would happen to something written 50 - 200 years after Jesus (pbuh).

Decide whether you love Jesus (pbuh) and want to follow his clear words and be saved, or love other human beings who gave different meaning to his original words.

  19. There aren't three separate Gods. It's three incarnations of ONE spirit, if that's a good way to put it. The SPIRIT is the God.

  20. Christians don't believe in Trinity.

The reason why muslims THINK christians believe in Trinity is because the Christian concept of God is SPIRITUAL, while the muslims' concept of deity is carnal.

Christians believe that God IS A SPIRIT.  So, if Jesus is a physical manifestation of God and God's Spirit is in Jesus, then Jesus is God Himself.

Its like saying, I believe in carbon dioxide and I blow it into a balloon.  Now, if someone tells me the balloon is carbon dioxide, he is not wrong.  Yes, it is a balloon, but importantly it is CARBON DIOXIDE!

So, yes, Jesus is Man, but JESUS IS ALSO GOD.

    * muslims never seem to get this right.  This is also why prophets of God can ALWAYS perform great miracles because God said in the Scripture that it is HE who performs the miracles through these men to show that HE is speaking to men through the prophets.  The religion of islam contains NO miracles in the quran which is the one and only reliable book of the muslims.  Even muhammad himself said he could not perform any miracles and is ONLY just another regular man.

If you look at the Bible, you will see that anyone whom God declares to be a prophet in the Bible CAN perform great miracles.  Can walk on water, can live in a lions' den, can get thrown into the fiery cauldron, can split rocks with a touch and get water from it etc. God is not so dumb as to send someone to speak on His behalf to mankind without signs & miracles to prove His presence.
