Ok this is not a bash Islam question ok.

So here it goes.

Is someone who drinks alcohol considered to be someone who up holds the laws of Islam? If so then is Saudi Hotgirl even a Muslim?

She admitted she drinks alcohol.

"Yes, I do drink".

002:219 They question thee about STRONG DRINK and games of chance. Say: In both is great sin, and (some) utility for men; but the sin of them is greater than their usefulness. And they ask thee what they ought to spend. Say: that which is superfluous. Thus Allah maketh plain to you (His) revelations, that haply ye may reflect.

  1. she isnt upholding anything. shes trying to inject her incorrect beliefs and view of islam into other people who possibly do not know any better (ie a new convert), but those of us who have seen the likes of her before including in the media, we know better inshaAllah. ive chosen to ignore her comments on this board.

  2. To be a muslim you essentially need to believe in the Shahaah, that is One god and Muhammad is the last prophet.

As a Muslim you have certain obligations which if you do not fulfill you will have sinned.

There are also actions, such as drinking, which are sinful. Doing these does not mean you are not a Muslim, but just a sinning Muslim.

If you sin without repenting and changing your ways you are known as being in a state of KUFR (different from KUFAR, which is a non-believer). If you die in a state of KUFR you will die a sinner and go to h**l, but you would still be a Muslim

  3. A person who does so, commits a sin, and that can be punished by Allah, or forgiven, if He wishes. Drinking is not committing kufr.

If a person refuses to accept that it is prohibited and makes fun of the laws of God, that makes him/her a kafir.

  4. I think they dun fear Allah, cause drinking/having s*x doing all those haram things will get you punished, you'll suffer from azabs in this lifetime...

  5. well  drinking is a great sin, and if a person does it reapeatedly and does not ask forgiveness then its even worse

as much as i hate people who use intoxicants, i agree with pinky, you should be a little more sensible about your dealings with people, your words and deeds could have a very bad impact on a person, especially on a serious issue like this. you could get somebody into big trouble, try to help people out, instead of getting them into trouble, and try and keep others secrets secret, dont try and publicly dishonor them like this.  who knows, you might end up making them even more rebellious and hateful

  6. Anybody who believes in a religion is considered one.

Many non-muslims and modern Muslims don't follow the religion in fact 70% of the Muslims don't follow the religion the way they are "supposed" to but as long as they believe in the religion, they are considered the followers.

I don't let religion decide everything for me I have my own brains

  7. I knew she wasn't a muslim... she has committed the biggest sin...and i hope that she might have slept with some boys also...

so in h**l she might just get he tittttts chopped off

allah will cut her tongue and feed it to her Birth Canal

  8. its bad trick u use dude.

if u want to know the real answer u better read the book named davinchi code

  9. You should not have called out SaudiHotGirl by name like that.  You could have asked without mentioning her name at all.  As far as if a person who says they're a Muslim being considered as one, that is for Allah alone to decide.

  10. most muslims drink alcohol secretly. biggest hypocrites

  11. Drinking alcohol is absolutely forbidden in Islam and is considered a sin. But when a Muslim drinks alcohol, they're considered a sinner, not a non-Muslim. It isn't up to people to just consider a Muslim a non-Muslim; it's up to God.
