  1. i dont think so, just cause their non-Muslim it doesnt mean its halal for them, alcohol is harram for everyone, so if you buy them alcohol ur giving them a sin to do, so in my opinion i think its harram, but hey, dont take my word for it

  2. Its Haraam

    Forbidden

    Never even think about it.

  3. no ur spreading haram food

    so no

    xoxo

  4. No, its not right!

You are then promoting evil, which we instead are supposed to show them that such things are wrong. Buying them such muharam things will give them the thought that we are hypocrites.

  5. lol its okay if u didnt know but its not that its haram but also the fact that its not right because u dont drink it bc it gets u wasted etc etc why would u want that for some one else right?

    salam:)

  6. Do yourself a favor, ditch the Islam and try truth, it makes much more sense and you don't have to worry so much about upsetting allah, since you will find that the real God is loving and forgiving and he'll never tell you to crash a stolen airliner filled with innocent civilians into a building full of even more innocent civilians.

  7. A Muslim can not gift some one a haram thing  that is Haram for

himself  even if the gift receiver is non-Muslim.

This is an opportunity for Muslim to tell the non-Muslim that by the

command of God in our religion Islam liquor is prohibited for Muslims because it has too many harmful effects on us, therefore we can buy alcohol  as a gift for even Non-Muslim.

  8. IN ISLAM

The serving, consuming and purchasing of alcohol are all haram.

Buying it, even if you do not consume it, is haram.

Consuming it, even if you did not buy it, is haram.

Providing it as a product, even if you do not consume it, is haram.

Serving it, even if you do not buy, consumer or provide it, is haram.

There's a reason why parapalegics with no arm or muscle movement are told to pray salat with their eye movement because of the importance of salah, but even a grown healthy man is told to stay away from the first pillar of Islam if he/she has consumed alcohol.

Allah knows all of the past and the future. Just ask a mother who's son  or daughter was taken away from her due to drunk driving.

  9. absolutely not!!!

did you know it is haram for muslims to even work somewhere that sells alcohol?

there are so many things wrong with it, i dont know where to start!! by giving it to someone, you not only spent your money on it, you encouraged the person to do the sin and contributed to their sinful behavior.

  10. No you cant because you are assisting in them with what Allaah has made forbidden for the Muslims, so just because something is Haraam for the Muslim that doesnt mean we can go and assist the kuffar/non-muslims in that too.

  11. Only if you buy them a bacon sarnie while your at it.

EDIT: Rofl, its called sarcasm. I swear some people need to lighten up and take a joke :P

  12. "و تعاونوا على الخير والتقوى" , so i would say no..'cause you're supporting her to do something that's haram

  13. NO! don't even touch it! i wish the ppl with carryouts understood this...i had a brother one time showing off...one of the customers that the brother is cool with came in and wanted to comment on my higab because i come in all the time with it different. sometimes it's down and sometimes it's tied back...we'll the guy makes a comment that he could still see some of my hair from by the back of my neck. he said okay then ur not covered all the way...the brother was sitting there trying to act like he was agreeing with him. because he was agreeing with the guy, it was like he was saying it himself. i overlooked the guy, but i laid into that brother. i said look don't sit here in my face trying to tell me about my Islam...why you up here selling alochol...that for sure ain't Islamic...check yourself...n i walked out... yea i was kinda mad :P

  14. I disagree with everybody here ( happens a lot on ramadan lol)

Alcohol is not Haram , i thot the Quran says that wine is a nutritious drink for us did it not? Err,.....do people even read the Quran anymore these days ? It is discouraged to get drunk and pray while drunk but it is NOT haram .

    so there

  15. No, can't purchase, sell, transport, or consume it.

Things made out of alcohol that are non-alcoholic are allowed, but you can't purchase the alcohol to make the product yourself.

Suppose to just stay away form it all together.  you might not plan to drink it, but if you never buy it....you can't get yourself into the situation.

  16. No you cannot its forbidden to sell, to buy or even to touch the bottle. Buy something else for the person Alcohol is not the bee all and end all. If they know you are muslim they should respect the fact that you dont touch or buy alcohol.

  17. k listen, ur harming the other person by giving them something haram, u get me.

like Islam is for EVERYONE, so we should teach EVERYONE, about it :P and try and follow Allah swt rules, :)

i'm a bit drozy so sorry if i don't make any sense :)

  18. that is a good question. i think so because your are using YOUR money to buy alochol which is haram. so if i were you dont.

  19. um i dont think its right...u shudnt spend something dat is haram.

  20. Yes, you can but it is better give something else.

  21. in the hadith of the prophet:

    { لعن الله الخمر وشاربها , وساقيها , وبائعها , ومبتاعها , ومعتصرها وعاصرها , وحاملها , والمحمولة إليه }

Meaning: God cursed the khamr (alcohol) and who drinks it, and who pour it, and who sell it, and who buy it, and who squeeze it, and who carry it, and whoever khamr is carried to him.

    So, the answer: NO

  22. No dont ... i am not sure if  it is haram

    But it is not right

  23. of course not , this is completely haram..

u r not allowed to do this , anyone who does anythng like this is out of the mercy of allah..

    always love & peace..

  24. It is not permissible to help a kaafir or a Muslim to buy alcohol or to do any other evil or sinful thing. The one who does that is a loser and a sinner. Allaah forbade that in the Qur’aan, when He said (interpretation of the meaning):

“Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression”

    [al-Maa’idah 5:2]

The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed ten types of people with regard to alcohol.

It was narrated that Anas ibn Maalik said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed ten types of people with regard to alcohol: the one who presses (the grapes, etc), the one for whom that is done, the one who drinks it, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, the one who offers itut, the one who sells it, the one who consumes its price, the one who buys it and the one for whom it is bought.

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1259; Ibn Maajah, 3381. This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi, no. 1041

So whoever drinks alcohol or helps someone else to do so deserves the curse narrated in this hadeeth. So it is not permissible for you to help anyone to drink alcohol or to commit any other haraam action.

    And Allaah knows best.

  25. no sweety, buying, selling or drinking are all the same, so buying it for someone else s even more bad

    I still love u, hahahaha

  26. I don't think it would right to spend your money on something that is haram. Why not settle for something else?

But i will try to find reference.

    ------------------------------

OOOOOOOOOOOOoooo! I found a BETTER! refrence!!!

The eminent Muslim scholar, Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, states:

"Just as the sale of alcohol or receiving the price of it is haram (unlawful) for the Muslim, likewise giving it as a gift to anyone, such as a Christian or Jewish friend, is haram. Alcoholic beverages cannot be received or given by a Muslim as gifts because a Muslim is pure and neither gives nor receives anything except what is pure.

It is reported that a man brought a cask of wine to the Prophet (peace and blessings be on him) as a gift. The Prophet (peace and blessings be on him) informed him that Allah had prohibited it. 'Shall I not sell it?' asked the man. 'The One Who prohibited drinking it has also prohibited selling it,' replied the Prophet (peace and blessings be on him). 'Shall I not give it to a Jew as a gift?' asked the man. 'The One Who has prohibited it has also prohibited that it be given as a gift to the Jew,' said the Prophet. 'Then what shall I do with it?' asked the man. 'Pour it on the ground,' the Prophet replied. (Reported by al-Hamidi in his Musnad)"

  27. In Islam, you can't, if you're then non-drinking kind of Muslim.

There are many other gifts you can buy them like Flowers, tea, a bottle of olive oil, some soap...

  28. No! There are tons of other better gifts to give to a non muslim
