  1. this ٌ  is not a letter, it is called Harakah, it corresponds to the vowel U in english, the rule of it in the Qur'an, whenever it comes above any letter in Arabic then it sound like the letter ن , so it is assimilated with the first letter of the following word which must be one of the six letters of the word يرملون

  2. salam,

i think i understand your question but i'm not completely sure so i'll go over the whole rule in brief.

the rule of "idghaam" is the joining of two letters when you read them. it is carried out when any of the 6 letters of idghaam (ي ر م ل و ن) appear after a noon sakina (ن with sukoon, ie without a haraka) OR a tanween ً   ٍ    Ã™ÂŒ. This noon sakina or tanween will be joined with the letter that comes after it (ie one of the letters of يرملون ). This rule applies no matter what letter the tanween is on (i think this is your question, if i understood it properly).

There's 2 types of idghaam, idghaam with ghunna and idghaam without ghunna. Idghaam with ghunna applies for 4 of the yarmaloon letters (ينمو) and it sounds like this:

    (ayah 6,7,8... at 45s, 58s, 1.04, 1.08, 1.14)

whereas Idghaam without ghunna applies for the other two letters (لر) and sounds like this:

    (ayah 4... at 23s)

    I hope that helps.

  4. i don't think so, cause it no need Zir and zabar!!

if it was Yarmaloona then it needed Zir!!

it is called ادغام means  in the word  ( يرملون ) the ”ن“ silent!!

    did it make sense?
