  1. why do you want to do this?just be yourself

  2. Honestly, its not a bad idea to learn sailing and golf.

Golf is great for networking, and a lot of business deals get done on the course rather than in a board room.

My brother learned how to sail, (not upper class at all) and then learned how to teach sailing. He then was able to land a job at a posh yacht club due to his knowledge and taught upper class kids how to sail. By networking with their parents, after college he managed to land a great job.

Just letting you know you never know where life takes you.

  3. It would help if you had some experience in those things rather than just some knowledge.  You also need to learn how to talk funny, walk like there's something jammed up your butt and how not to gag when you're in the toilet - it doesn't stink after all....does it?

  4. I think you just need a lot of money to be upper class.  And many of those already there don't have much class at all, that's why they're called snobs.

  5. None of these things have anything to do with "class" or "upper class society".  You have your cart in front of your horse.

Those in the "upper class" who do these things gained access during their up-bringing.  They didn't get where they are because they participate in these activities.

  6. To answer your question...no.

Wealthy people have hobbies as varied as anyone else.

Wealth does not equate to class.  Wealth equates to wealth.  Nothing more, nothing less.
