Gaaah! I am going to a family reunion in less than a month and I know that some members of my family will be judging me critically on how much weight I've gained (I've gone up one size -I was a comfortable small now I am a small/medium), it looks like I have gained more than i actually have because alot is in my gut and I'm pretty short.Do you know any ways I can lose the weight?-specific exercies?-how much i would need to work out?-diet regimes?-possibly crash diets?what would you do?
