Question:

Must lose weight! ?

Gaaah! I am going to a family reunion in less than a month and I know that some members of my family will be judging me critically on how much weight I've gained (I've gone up one size -I was a comfortable small now I am a small/medium), it looks like I have gained more than i actually have because alot is in my gut and I'm pretty short.

Do you know any ways I can lose the weight?

-specific exercies?

-how much i would need to work out?

-diet regimes?

-possibly crash diets?

what would you do?

    You have a calorie counter to find how much calories you're eating and some very detailed exercises....for free, I was amazed to see that.

Fish and Salad Diet: Im short and petite also and we must watch what we eat! bake some tilapia in the oven with a little lemon herb on it, with a salad on the side, with fat free dressing and dont go overboard on the dressing, NO croutons just a tables spoon of almonds or almond slices (unsalted) and eat it everday until the reunion, if this seems unhealthy my nutritionist told me to do it, and she's very trustworthy. No juices breads noodles or any other meat but fish. All my weight goes to my stomach too and by god, i lost like 20 pounds in the 2 weeks and was swimming in my clothing. Also, exercising helps and of course you won't get anywhere without doing that so walk or jog for 30 in the morning and 30 at night, and sometime if you have time do some sort of cardio like jump rope or my favorite, hula hoop.....good luck!
