  1. In St Thomas, I would check out the beaches. If you are into snorkeling head over to Coki Beach. Lots of fun activities, snorkeling, jet skiing, scuba. That's where Coral World is located.  A marine life park with one of only a few underwater observatories in the world with entertaining and educational exhibits.

Or if you have time, take the ferry over to St John and go straight to Trunk Bay. They have a underwater snorkeling trail and it's so much fun. They have facilities there. Food, showers and snorkel rentals.

    The USVI are paradise.

On Nassau check out The Atlantis. You can get a day pass to explore the resort.

Another good website to research when you cruise.

You have 3 wonderful ports to enjoy. Good Luck and have fun)

  2. St. Thomas:  don't miss Charlotte Amalie for shopping.  Mountain top - the highest point in St. Thomas (an astonishing view).  Sapphire Beach, and Coral World Marine Park (an aquarium)   www.usviguide.com

I already told you about St. Maarten.  www.st-maarten.com

    Sorry, never been in Nassau.
