Must the levels of green house gases in the atmosphere be reduced many many large and small innovative ways?

Of course looking for those ways that will lower the most carbon the fastest first but also looking for low hanging fruit that can help the environment a companies bottom line and the economy as well as those ways that don't make money but cost much less then doing nothing from the harm they are doing now and will do in the future.
