  1. Very hard.

If one of your parents is an Israeli you get an Israeli pasport.

If you are jewish you can come to Israel and you get a work visa and awhile later you can apply for citizenship and a passport.

If you marry an Israeli citizen you will become an Israeli citizen and get an Israeli passport after living in Israel with your wife for awhile.

You can obtain Israeli nationality after living in Israel for awhile, its not easy and it takes alot of time. The problem is that you can't live in Israel because you are not a citizen and you are not jewish, if you were jewish you could get a work visa and afetr living in Israel for awhile you would get your residancy and passport.

Tell me, why do you want an Israeli passport anyway? which passport do you have? Israel is not a good place to live, financilly and security speaking.

  2. 1/3 of all citizens of Israel are non-Jews.  There are non-Jew members of the Israeli Parliament.  The only thing non-Jews can't do is serve in the armed forces.

  3. You can apply for israeli nationality if any of your family members have Israeli nationality. If you are born in Israel, then you receive it automatically
