Must you take 20mins break after 6hrs work or are you just entitled to it?

It really depends on where you work.  I used to work at a place that was so busy, we couldn't get breaks in.  Now I work at a place that gives you a break if you work 4 hours or more.

It also depends on how old you are.  If you're under 18, a break is mandatory, if you are not a minor, it's usually just a offer, but you don't legally have to take it.

I would ask your employer, usually places shouldn't have a problem giving you a break.
