  1. No one knows. Period. This is why you need to assess your risk tolerance and set up a good asset allocation based on your risk tolerance.

Then you wouldn't be worried about this.

  2. Hi, There is no point in withdrawing now when the market has crashed unless of course if the need is very urgent. Stay invested  as long as you can and you will get good returns.

  3. Stay invested.

Returns in MF investments are subject to market conditions. If you go for redemption you may be at a loss. So please have patience. One should consider investing in MFs with a time horizon of at least 3 years.

Stay put. The markets are bound to get  back to its tracks.

    have a nice day !!!

  4. You will need to stay invested to benefit from the market. If you don't need the money for next 2-3 years, its best to remain invested. Remain invested for the next 6-8 months, at the least, you will probably see the market back at your levels; and with time, it can only get better,as interest rates, oil spike/inflation concerns even out, and the long-term soundness of Indian economy, brings investors back to the market. If you look back, you will realise that in the last 5 years, every year the market has made higher highs (21000) and higher lows (148xx)! obviously because businesses have been growing, the economy has been growing. We may grow slower this year for sure and may be next year too, but that 7 to 7.5% growth is still far better than many other markets. So staying invested, you will in all probability make good money too. Don't withdraw in panic!

Meanwhile, however, you may like to separate the wheat from the Chaff i.e. your better performing funds from the average or below-average. Are your funds trailing the category average or beating it. How many of your funds are in the top-rated funds? 5. Now the markets have crashed severely. So you have to wait atleast for 1 - 2 year for the markets to regain to the previous levels.
