Mvp voting?

Don't you think that they shoud try and find another way to vote for the MVP? I do because if the media doesn't like a certain player, they will not vote for him even if that player deserves it. An example in the MLB is with Curt Schilling. They said they don't think that he will be in the HOF because he didn't have a good relationship with the media. The way that you comunicate with the media is just as important as your skills on the court in these days. What are some other ways they could vote for the MVP?

lol, I don't think there is a better way.

If they get the fans to do it, I think Yao would probably finish with like 12 MVPs.

If they let players do it, there will be more bais cuz there are feud in the NBA. (Shaq would vote for Kwame first before Kobe)

If they let coachs, there will still be bais, cuz feuds between coaches and players.

I do think the current system does ensures fair voting most of times, but it's not perfect that's for sure.

That's why regular season MVP's means nothing.  It's a popularity contest most of the time and nobody cares about the regular season.  Be the best in finals.

they should let the professional players vote because they are the ones to have seen the player perform and they probably know a lot more than us fans.
