Question:

My 01 Mustang turn signals are acting wierd? I changed the bulbs and that didn't help. Any info?

It will click fast three times and then stop and not work... And then after a while, they'll work fine... I changed the bulbs.. figuring they were burned out and that didn't help? Can anyone help me?

    Yes it does sound like the signal relay.. or flasher...

    If you can find the flasher when it stops working give it a flick or tap it and see if it starts up again if so then you found your problem.

  2. Sounds like a bad turn signal relay. They are getting power, but it's intermittent. Look into that. Just a suggestion.

Probably is the turn signal/hazard warning flasher, but if you want to check first, or in case that doesn't fix it, you could check the fuse (#13, blue, 15 amps) preferably with a 12 volt test light to make sure the fuse is getting power as well as passing it through when the problem shows up.

    They don't seem to list the location of the flasher in the owners manual, but my guess would be under the dash somewhere, as it doesn't seem to be in the fuse panel. Might want to track it down by listening for it soon, in case it goes out altogether. Or if it does, and the hazards still work, it's the same flasher.
