I've watched her for 12 straight hours for a couple of days and no sneeze, then today she sneezed again. A few days ago she sneezed twice and the day after that she sneezed once then today once, should I be worried? Do cats sneeze if they don't have an respiratory infection? She plays like a kitten and eats well and looks perfect.

  1. my cat goes into a sneezing fit if shes goes down into the basement and into the old stuff cuz all of the dust. so its normal for them to sneeze

  2. My cats hardly ever sneeze, I think you should just call your vet and they will tell you weather or not to be alarmed. Usually if a cat is sick it will be very obvious and they wont eat or drink. But in my experience once they start behaving this way they die very quickly so if her behavior changes seek help immediately

  3. she should be fine. if she does happen to be sick, nothing is going to happen, unless it seems to get serious. sneezing is the least of your trouble. my cat lily will get head colds from time to time. she just had one the other day. i assure you that nothings wrong. there are some things that you must be aware of. if any of these change, it can be a problem.

    1. change in behavior

    2. change in stool

    3. change in eating

    4. drinking excessive water

these are all bad things you must pay close attention to if youre worried

  4. "Do cats sneeze if they don't have an respiratory infection? "

Yep... just like humans. Could be allergies, dust, a cold, or just something in ther air that made her sneeze atr that moment. I wouldn't worry!
