You should really take her with a professional because she is really small and anything can be harmful or bad for her Little body if you see no changes it doesn't mean that she ok.

depends on if the child has a bump or is acting strangely, how hard was she hit and with what? if it was a tap and a foam bat i wouldnt worry but if it was a hard hit and a hard object i would go immediately
