Question:

My 10hp engine wont turn with the steering wheel, its stuck.?

it isnt the steering wheel but it is jammed in the engine, any help?

If you a single cable steering,yes most likely your jamed at the engine.There should be a grease fitting under the front of the engine about in the middle of the tube were the cable passes though the engine you can try and grease it there and if that want help the next would be to loosen the nut thats the one on the cable end were it enters the tube on the outboard and try and pull the cable out of the engine the control rod on the other side will need to be off before you remove the cable.Alot of the time if it is really stuck it will take alot to pull it out you could damage the cable doing this if your lucky it will pull free with a little effort,after which a little sanding on the shaft with a very mild sand paper and some fresh grease and it should be fine after you remove you can tap but not to hard with a hammer on the end of the cable while you are pulling from the other side might help knock it alose also
