My 11 month old and ear tubes

Question

My 11 month old need tubes in her ears. She has had 3 ear infections in 3 months. I am scared is she gonna be in Pain?

i will not lie i have had these things since i was about her age and i am now 26 years old

it hurts the first few days just give her a pacifier or something to suck on take the pressure off then it goes away and everything is fine and she will not even know they are there but at first give her the tylenol or whatever the doctor tells you and she will be fine

it pays off in the long run as ear infections come a thing of the past

just a little upset and confused after the surgery. my son has had them since he was about 1 yr 1/2. 3 surgeries....he had ear infections that didn't go away with medicine, She will only be in pain for a little bit and will it will go away that same day. good luck with the surgery....give her tylenol after the surgery to ease her pain. she will be okay! DO NOT GIVE HER A PACIFIER that will actually increase the pain from the pressure of sucking.
