My 11 yr old brother has a problem.?

Allright hes asking me how to tell mum and dad that he has his FIRST girlfriend! And honestly i have no idea what the answer is. How can my bro tell my mom and dad?

Being that he is only 11 years old, it shouldn't be much of a problem. I have an eleven year old son who is a bit on the shy side when talking to me about girls at school, or his girlfriend for this year. There are a couple of approaches he may want to try:

     Catch your parents in a good mood. If one or both parents have come home from work, or have had a very stressful day, don't add to their stress by bringing up the subject at that moment. Wait until things have cooled off a bit before talking.

     Have him ask his parents how they met, or about their first girlfriend/boyfriend. This is a sure way to get a good response out of them and will leave it open for him to talk about his first girlfriend.

    If your parents are strict and you feel that they would blow things out of proportion, It may be in his best intrest for you to be there for your brother. Ask him if he would like to have you join him in talking to your parents. This will give him moral support.

    Most of all don't stress about it. He is eleven years old and at the right age to start being intrested in girls. It's alright to take his time on these type of matters. However, if this is something that he feels he MUST tell his parents, or if there is more to this than permissable to say or talk about on this site, openly telling his parents up front is the best way to go through with it. alright i had mine when i was 11 yrs old too.What i did to make my ma feel comfortable about it is

-Go up to and ask her "how many boyfriends did you have when you were young, and what age did you get them at?"

-She'll tell you her date experience and she'll probably ask you why and you say just wondering but then you say "what about mine when is it going to start" My ma said "idk u probably have 5 rite now & aren't telling me."

-Then tell her "what IF i had a girlfriend right now, would you think it's ok?"Then she'll tell you and after that you just lay all you gossip bout ur gf!!:)

*since im a girl it's different what i said so i'll tell you what my brother said.

-"dad im a man now and im going through many battles with my army (only me) ;) and know i take a breather from the battle field and find a women...And i did!!!:) and then he might ask you some questions (thats when my dad told me to get out of the room)but if you don't want 2 say a speech then tell em out straight....:)

Just let it be natural. Maybe during dinner or sometime when both your mom and dad are around he could just start talking about the girl. He could say how there is this girl at school who is really nice. He could say how they are close and all. Then he could say that he likes her and that he told her and she likes him too. That's that. I just hope your parents aren't the kind that are strict on relationships because then it can be a problem.

to be honest its not easy but parents will be thrilled at the fact he's not weird or summit, i think it was easier knowing that my sibling told my parents and they asked me, im totally bad at asking my parents about stuff in that department and thats probably how ur brother feels

if he is not the kind that talks to his parents it will be thru you , otherwise he should hint his way to the fact ... like "I have a new friend she is this and that" after a while , "I found her interesting and now we are best friends" and there your parents must get it. if its the first case then you should do the same thing but like "my brother is happy lately I wonder why ? " after few days "I think he made new friends..." after a week " his friend , she is this and that, he told me", just keep the pronoun appearing  "she", "her" and so on. after a while say "say , you know what ? they are best friends..." .. after a month has passed since you first talked to them say "they are really close "
