My 11wk old Brittney Spaniel puppy threw up a couple of hours ago should I be concerned?

My boyfriend was with him at the time and he said the puke was brown smelled like p**p and there was grass in it. If my puppy ate p**p will it be ok. It was acting fine all day!! I took it out after dinner and I seen it was eating grass but thought it was being a puppy and trying new things. What symptoms should I be on the look out for I'm really worried I am so attached to this puppy! I told my boyfriend I should call the vet but he says not to worry that the puppy is fine and he just ate something that didn't agree with him. Should I just wait and see or should I call the vet in the morning???

I have an English Springer Spaniel and we got her when she was a few weeks old and the first thing she did when we brought her home was throw up :)  I sure it just something in the dogs stomach that is not agreeing with her give it some times and it should pass.  Just a side note my dog sometimes throws up now just cause she might have ate something she was not supposed to before she does throw up she always eats grass most dogs do that it just triggers the reflex I guess so If you dog starts eating grass just know what to expect

Wait and see. It maybe eating something that didn't agree with it. If it continues to vomit take to the vet.

Not at this point.  Sometimes dogs will throw up.  If you notice that he is not eating, drinking, has diarrhea or is lethargic, then seek the advice of your vet.  But for now, I think he will be fine.
