Do to him what my 12 year old did to me.  While he is sleeping tonight, go in his room and fill his shoes with shaving cream.  That feels really nasty when you put your feet in there and isn't too messy to clean up.  My kid got me good like that.

My son and I play like that all the time.  I remember the first time he gave me a wet willie, he was 3-1/2.  To get him back, acted like I was going to kiss his check, but instead I licked it.  It's been a running joke/prank with he and I ever since (he is 8-1/2 now).  We have wet willie and l*****g "wars" 3 or 4 times a week I bet.  Having kids is a blast.  It's like getting a second chance at childhood at times.

Purple nurple...aka...titty twister.  It's were you pinch the nipple and twist.  I wouldn't advice doing that at all.  It is painful!
