  1. I'm sorry but the previous poster is incorrect.  At Delta, 15 is the minimum age to travel without accompaniment..

    From the Delta website:

    "Unaccompanied service is required for all children 5–14 years old when not traveling in the same compartment with an adult at least 18 years old or the child's parent/legal guardian."

    There is a $100 per trip charge (that's EACH way) for the service.

  2. Yeah, you have to pay the $100 fee like the previous person said. To do this you need to contact the airline.

  3. Your son is considered an adult and he's all set to travel. If you want him to be accompanied at the airport by an attendant then you have to call the airlines and there is a fee for that kind of service.
