See if he can borrow one of those adult diapers from your 14 year old that you mentioned in your other question.

It happen the other day so he's already been getting razzed about it.What does he say to you about it?Does he even want you to do something about it?Now that its over I think you should just drop it,unless of course its become a habit.Kids that age have accidents,let him carry an extra pair of pants/shorts in case it happens again if he wants to.If he's over it ,you should be too.

My questions to you would be does he wet the bed?

Is this a one time accident?

Was there a teacher involved that wouldn't let him use the rest room at that time?

Is there some kind of taunting & tormenting going on in school that you don't know about that could emotionally disturb him?

Could he have a bladder infection?

Personally, I would have him take an extra pair of pants to school just in case it does happen again. Discuss with him in a caring manor about any bullying going on in school, ect.  

If you out rule bed wetting...which could indicate further bladder problems...& I see he is about to start or has already started puberty (the pre teen - teen emotional stage with hormones racing rapidly) ..my thoughts would be...when children reach this stage of life weird things happen  to their body not only emotional but physical & health wise as well. After discussing certain things with your son, I would not bring it back up to him again & wait to see if it does happen once more. If it does, I would first seek a physicians advice so the physician can out rule the things I have mentioned & properly diagnose the problem.
