If you are his older brother...guide your little brother in the right direction...it sounds as though he needs a good role model,why don't you try to be that for him...

I think at this age, it's normal to think about s*x and want to have it. But, I would find out what he is doing because I don't suggest he should have s*x at this age. He is too young and may not know the dangers of s*x. There are so many STD's out there and he could easily get one without using the proper protection. I also don't think you want him to have a baby with this girl. Hope that helps.
