My 13 month old son has started to wake up past couple weeks all night he will crawl around and constanly?

You could try stopping his nap, if he doesnt sleep durring the day he'll be tired out at night.

all infants to this at some point so its probly a phase he'll grow out of. to stop him from crawling around the house put up a gate in his room.also make sure he sleeps in a comfortable temperature, and don't let him drink too much before he goes to bed because he may be wetting himself which makes him uncomfourtable.
