  1. Of course she can hear you...but I truly am sorry that happened to your sister...it takes time for people to come out of a coma, it can take years but it really depends on the person...If she cries when you talk to her she can hear you but can not do anything about it...stay true to your self and always remember it could have been worse than coma...hope all goes well

  2. First of all, My heart goes out to you and your family. I believe she can hear you especially If she responds to what you are saying. You may want to see a therapist to help you to stop blaming yourself for what was an accident. Talk to your friends. The ones who knew her so you know they know what you are going through. Never stop taking to your sister, It will help you find peace with-in yourself. I do believe that her shedding a tear was her way of saying, That it pains her to see that you are blaming yourself.  That is why they call it an accident..  Maybe you might want to keep a journal so you can go back  and possibly figure out some answerer's looking back. Always hold onto the memories with the hope that things will turn around. Maybe you might want to keep a journal. So when your ready to except those feelings. Figure them out and come to terms  with them. What ever you do, Don't go it alone.  You can always talk to me.  Take care an know that prayers are with you and your family.

  3. if she crys she can definatly hear u. just talk to her normally and say like when she wakes up, you guys can have a girls day out but she has to wake up first

  4. If you did not intend for her to get injured why is it your fault ? You obviously love her so let her go in peace dont remind her of illness talk about fun you had and yet to come get in a support group and if you were impaired when happened look into that group as well. Accept the nowww and prepare yourself to face adult life school career ect.

It is normal to want to hold on but go forward with your life as well

  5. I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. :(  That really upsets me to know that people that young have to go through such terrible things.  Comas are difficult to deal with because you never know what could happen in the end.  I think that it is always possible for her to wake up.  The doctors may think otherwise but only God knows.  All I could suggest is going to see her every single day.  She needs to know that you're there whether she can hear you or not.  But by the way you said she cried, I think she can hear you which is a good sign.  Get your whole family to go and just have a regular conversation like you would at home.  This will make her feel like she's at home again and she could possibly wake up.  Surround her with familiar voices, smells and sounds.  She might wake up to things that she finds familiar.  Never ever give up.  There's always hope.  I pray that she wakes up and that you and your family will be happy again. :)

  6. that is so sad my aunt mod died from a coma she always brightened up the day too.I think you should forgive yourself because god obviously wanted it to happen this way... when it is her time she will go

  7. I am sorry about your sister and that is something you have to live with.

I think you need to start to forget yourself because your sister would probably not want you to live like this.

We know so little about people who are in a coma!!!!!

However, some people have awakened before and yes, those are miracles.  Who is to say that it wouldn't happen to you?

Start thinking about having a positive life, think about what you can do for others and how you can brighten other people's lives.

Start volunteering and study.  Go to school and get educated.

Good luck and try to forgive yourself.  You did not want this to happen.  It was an accident and you can make your life a positive one from now on.

  8. I believe that even if someone is braindead they can still hear you and the tears are a sign of that, if you know your sister as well as you say and to me she sounds very loving and forgiving than you know that she knows it was a mistake and she will always love you regardless of what happens later on. If she passes you will have a guardian angel with you always, remember that she will not be gone for always you will see her again one day. You don't neccesarily have to give up on her yet either, keep talking to her and doing things that you know she would never forget even in her state, things you guys did as kids unforgetable memmories, it may strike something in her. I had to people in my life that were in a coma and talking to them really does work for you and for them. Stay strong and even in these hard times remember her for her good and not for this tradgedy...head up everything happens for a reason and even though it is tough now one day this may halp you change someonelses life as well.

  9. i'm so sorry, but she can hear you, don't cry when you're near her, it'll make her very upset, they say some very strong memory can wake someone from a coma, so bring her something that meant a lot to her. Or that she thought was gone. But never stop talking to her, she needs your voice.

I'm so so sorry but there is a little hope. Never give up
