He is a very good boy and very good at school. He phoned me yesterday and begged me to let him get it done. He never does anything a bit mad so I let him get it. Was I wrong...

  1. maybe he was testing you?  I think you passed the test with flying colours!  It is really not worth getting in a tiss about is it?  My dad didnt speak to my brother for weeks and he was 18!

try to remain chilled about his ear-ring, his hair, his clothes, his choice of music and friends and hopefully you will sail through these turbulent years effortlessly!

It sounds you have brought him up well, and at least he had the good manners to ask you first, not many would have bothered.  You should be very proud of him.

  2. like you said he is a good boy and good at school and he called to ask, so i doubt he is rebelling sounds like you have good communication.

my son was 7 when he asked and the same he never does anything a bit mad also, i let him, he is a great kid  ,he did not begin a rebelling stage, he is now 9. and still the same boy

what about girls don't they get them early?

  3. You were totally right to let him!

You said it yourself, he's a good kid.

    This is like a reward.

  4. these answers are ridiculous!! my son was 7 when i took him and hes not g*y nor is he a troubled kid well hes a man now so you didnt do anything wrong and im sure your son is enjoying it and thats all it counts so dont listen to what the holier then thou ppl and the "perfect" parents says its your son and you raise him as you see fit and earrings has nothing to do with being g*y thats just stupid!!! you did good and you made your son happy if only for awhile it was worth it right?? good luck

  5. yes you are wrong.his to young ,

  6. A little too young for this, don't you think? Just don't let him to! he's probably gonna regret it later when the allergies come n the piercings get infected. Ps tell em that guys wearing ear rings are symbols of g*y

  7. Nah that not wrong. If he asked you and he is generaly a good kid at school and home then theres no harm. I have a nipple and an earing and im a lil older.

  8. as long as he behave well, i dun think its a problem.

but u must also show  your care for him and also spend quality time with him.

its important that he dun hide anything from you and he still listen to your advice. communication is impt.

he wun get too rebellious if he still respect u.

dun worry too much abt it.. :)
