My 13 year old son got an ear ring yesterday. Is he starting to go through his rebellious stagee?

He is a very good boy and very good at school. He phoned me yesterday and begged me to let him get it done. He never does anything a bit mad so I let him get it. Was I wrong...

Nope he is at the age to experience things and try to set himself apart form everyone else. Show his own peronality. Earrings can be taken out and go away this and hair color are fine ways to express themselves without any long term harm.

Nah that not wrong.  If he asked you and he is generaly a good kid at school and home then theres no harm.  I have a nipple and an earing and im a lil older.

I think if this is the rebelious stage you did exactly the right thing, if you had said no maybe he would have gone and it done anyway..
