My 14 yr old Magic

Question

My 14 yr old Magic Chef Model DU4K seems to be leaking (it is dripping into the basement just under where the dishwasher is located).
it started when the arm at the bottom of the dishwasher did not seem to be moving so my husband took off the bottom "grill" to see if maybe there was something under there preventing it from spinning.
It started to leak when he put it all back together (the bottom arm is still not spinning)
