My 15 year old son got jumped what should i do?

my son got jumped by a 16 year old yesturday for no reason my son dont even know him and now he has 2 black eyes and a bumb in his head. what should i do should i press charges on him or leave it alone. what would you do if it was your son

if your son did not do anything and he dosent even know him i would press charges even though your son could handel it himself but he will always need your help and you suppose to give it to him even if he is to scared to ask for it press charges you shouold if he did not do anything i would if it was my son

I would press charges. Your kid might be scared to, but I would. I wouldn't mess with that c**p.

Or, you can ask the kid's name, and try to talk to the kid, with his parent present is best. If that doesn't resolve the problem, then I'd press charges.

I'd be down that kid's throat if it happened to my kid, or pressing charges in an instant for sure.

I'd make a big deal out of it and get like 25 grand or something from the kid's parents. Nobody likes a law suit.

Based on your question yes. If it was someone he knew and the got in a tussle I would say let it be they'll work it out. But I'd press charges for sure maybe even seek an OOP.
