My 18th Party Venue-HELP!?

Question

Hi! I live in Australia (so the legal age there is 18) and I am wanting a venue for my party. However because some of my friends will still be underage I cant have it at a pub or nightclub because they wont be allowed in. Also my parents said I cant have it at home. Any ideas??
