My 19 months daughter does not like to sit in car seat ?

my daughter sits peacfully in pushchair but doesnot like to sit in the car seat and cries all the time...any advise please

Let her get used to it, maybe she just doesn't know it's just a chair yet. If she cries, let her cry it out.

Get her a fun new toy which she only gets to play with when she's in the car seat (you'll need to be ruthless about taking it away every time you get out of the car). She'll soon start associating the car seat with her favourite toy.

have you tried getting some of those fancy toys that hook onto the car seat, like a driver' wheel. she may enjoy acting like shes driving just like mommy.

she is realizing that she is being strapped down and cannot move freely which may terrify her or make her uncomfortable.my daughter likes to hold onto a blanket with one hand and a bottle of milk with the other hand. try giving her something to hold onto that makes her feel comfortable

It could be uncomfortable for her, somehow.  May want to see if you can find anything wrong, or try a new car-seat.

Ok I've seen this one a few times for few different reasons. My neice went through this because wanted to be closer to mommy. So in turn she got one of those baby mirrors that hang down from your review mirror and she could see her and throughout the ride could talk to mommy and was good to go. Nephew went through use to get car sick. So if that's case put child in middle back so can see out of front window. Experts says its safest to have child in center back anyway. But once moved his seat was fine could see the road and was fine. My son went through this he's now 25 months and went through few months back. I tired top two because only ones I'd seen. Well come to find out was just out of being bored. So side of his car seat had place we put a clubholder on so he can reach a zippy cup. And we have one of those small diaper bags like ya get sent home from hospital with and I keep toys in. So when we get in car I let him pick a few toys and put in his seat with him. And he's good to go. And I put diaper bag in my hands reach so if gets cranky while driving can pick up and hand him another toy. Good luck. Hope it helps. Another thing have you tried to make sure car seat isn't too tight on her?? maybe she's grown and needs to be readjusted.

well there a lot more to see in a pushchair where a carseat can be boring for babies. is it high enough that she see out the window?maybe try a few new toys ones that are speicaly for cars or give her her bottle and a teddy or blanket or a book. try singing to her yes ive had to do this a lot to keep my kids quite. or it could be that she just isnt comfortable in it maybe you should look at a different kind of seat.
