  1. i have a 03 waverunner, i change my fuel filter every 90 hrs, keeps the fuel running smooth, maybe you can try by changing out the fuel filter, quick cheap and easy start

  2. Does your wave runner have a rubber "squeeze" ball like the 90 Kawasaki TS750 Jet Skis?  If so, squeeze this ball until hard.  This forces fuel into the carb bowl.  If not, buy a can of "Sure Start" and spray a small amount into the carb intake.

When you try and start, the motor should fire and try to start.  After a few attempts of doing this, the fuel should have reached the carb and should run.  I hope that you were smart enough to totally drain the carbs after each use by turning off the fuel and let run dry.  This removes all the old gas from the carbs so that next time it will start.  Letting old gas with oil mixed into it will turn into paste after sitting for a long unused time.  Always run all motors dry after using them so you won't have trouble starting next time you use it.  The "sure start" is "ETHER" so use it carefully, and in short, small squirts.

    Good luck.

  3. Could be bad fuel pump, clogged filter, varnish in system, bad fuel selector valve, broken dip tube in fuel tank, etc.  Start at the tank and work back.  Can you (carefully) suck fuel through the system through the fuel line?  If so, the pump might need a rebuild, or the vacuum line to the pump is cracked.  Lots of potential causes, but all are cheap and easy to fix.
