My 1994 mazda mpv van was wrecked by a DUI guy....?

I am dealing with Zurich insurance on this and they first told me "4800" was the amount for the totaled van and now they are saying "3262". Why are they changing the amount and am I getting screwed in this deal? What would my next move be?

You need to see what comparable vehicles are selling for. That is what they should be offering you. If they don't seem to be treating you fairly, have your insurance company help intervene on your behalf.
