My 1995 Honda Civic sometimes won't start when there is very high humidity outside. Is it the main computer?

check main fuel pump relay under the dashboard on driver side. open and resolder all the connections.i had same problem

Could be moisture on the plug wires causing it to dampen out the spark or short out completely. Generally replacing the wires can solve the problem. A garage can test the resistance of the wires before replacing then so you do not waste money on the wrong thing. Also could be moisture on the ignition system.

Could be a cracked distributor cap.

might be. its electronic anyways. probably moisture in the contacts
