  1. mah it on the floor 5 times then if it doesn't work get a sledge hammer

  2. I have one also that I had given to my mother and when she passed away 8 years ago, my Dad has since given it to me.  I had to put new batteries in it.  It still kept going to sleep.  I turned him upside down and squeezed his belly.  He will wake up enough to say, sleep again and snore sound and go back to sleep.  I kept waking him and he eventually woke up and I have to keep him entertained to keep him from going back to the sleep mode.  I also went and bought another furby that I found at a garage sale.  They entertained each other.  I gave that last one away to someone who said hers died and she missed him.  I couldn't part with the one I had given my mother and now he is sleeping again.

Try getting another furby and when yours wakes up, they will help keep each other awake.

  3. When not activated for a period of time, the Furby wants to keep going to sleep.  Mine did that too, so I just kept waking him up until he responded.  The more I talked to Furby, the more he patterned my words.  One unfortunate phrase was, "Nice a**!".

  4. I had one of those. drove me crazy... took the batteries out

if u actually swing the furbie fast it "wakes" him up
