My 19th birthday is coming up and i need help!!! ?

im from flordia.. i just moved to minnesota.. there is nothing here!!! but im staying here till jan.. my birthday is in oct so i have some time to meet friends.... you have to be 21 to get into clubs and bars.... WHAT CAN I DO??? any ideas?

Have a party at your house or hire a hall and have a masive disco till late night!!!!!!!!! Hire a bar!!! And do your owbn catering!!!! Thats what my cousin done!!!!! good luck x
