try sitting  on the potty with her diaper on and than slowly move toward taking it off just look for the sign you can even cut the bottems out of the diaper and sitting on the potty

It can take a little longer to get the hang of the different sort of urgency.  Don't worry, be patient.

You could give a little reward every time they pee in the potty, but have a different, somewhat larger reward for pooping in the potty.  Just let him/her know about it.  It'll be a goal to shoot for.  Don't scold when they still do it in the diaper, just say something like "oh, darn, didn't make it!  Let's sit on the potty for a minute anyway, okay?"  And say "good try!"  when they comply with your request and hop down after about 15 seconds.

I'm told that I was like this when I was small.  I was basically toilet trained, but occasionally hid behind furniture to p**p in my pants (I feel like I have vague recollections of this, hoping I'm wrong!).  However... I think I may have done it out of a combination of embarrassment and a desire for privacy.

Cut a hole in the back of her diaper and tell her she can wear the diaper while she poops  but she has to sit on the toilet when she goes. This happened with my sister in law's daughter and the doctor told her to do this and it worked. Make a big deal about pooping in the toilet (technically the toilet, I guess).
