My 2 hand touch football team won't let me come back to play QB!! Are they being unfair to me?

I've been playing 2 hand touch football for the past 25 years in my parents back yard.

I hold a number of records, such as TD passes, rushing TD's and the like.

However, time does march on, and I decided in April to call it a 2 hand touch football career. My friend Dan was then set to take over as the QB, when I could open my parents fence anyway to let the guys in.

I decided in May that I was wrong about quitting, and Dan came over to my apartment to pick me up. However, I called at the last minute and told him not to come over. It was over.

In June I called Dan and asked him to let me back on the team, or to just let me play somewhere else! He asked me if I was serious, and I said that I wasn't sure. So I just went on vacation.

I called in July and told Dan that I was having a hard time dealing with the fact that he was being so mean to me. I took another vacation.

In August, I called Dan and told him I was coming over to my parents place, and that I would open up the fence to my parents back yard for a game.

I let them in to play, but I just stayed in the house, watching them from the upstairs window. I would periodically yell "Let me play".

Dan asked me if I wanted to play, and I told him I was having a hard time forgiving him. Then I went home.

Do I have a case to sue them?

  1. Umm you kinda sound like Favre and Dan sounds like Ted Thompson, but its two hand tap grow up big deal he wont let you on his team wine some more why dont ya, grow a pair and play tackle

  2. oh i know this one...is it "WHO is BRETT FAVRE??"

    thank you Alex Trebek

  3. Absolutely, here at my law firm Notta, Lotta, & Help, we take on any case for the mere fee of $550. Simple small peoples claims to death penalty cases!!!

First we sue for loss of enjoyment...then loss of services, then loss of sexual gratification...you did gratify yourself afterwards did you not??

Well send them tons of legal briefs..

I keep some just for that case!!!

  4. dont you think you're a little old to be asking a 12 year old's question

  5. idk r u good? ha ha ha ha

  6. umm, i dont think so

  7. LMAO Wow this sure does sound familiar you don't live in Wisconsin do you?

  8. haha your acting like Brett Favre

  9. NO! You do not have any case! Your like back and forth on wanting to play or not. This guy Dan was all for letting you play, or that's how it seems, and your like "no i don't wanna play". Your mad at them for them not taking you seriously. Your like, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no. And then "I'm having a hard time forgiving him"????!!!!??? I really hope your not being serious... Cause 25 years in a league makes you a man who must be what in the 30s or 40s??? You should be mature enough to recognize your childishness.

and i am not saying this to be mean but to help understand that they can't currently take you seriously.

  10. no,,,,,,, and if it was your window in your house that you were yelling out of to the kids in your backyard and Dan asked you to play you were allready home,,, so this is all a sad pathetic attempt to be funny,,,at witch you failed miserably

  11. Ah, I remember when I retired from professional tiddly winks.

I was the best, 3 time MVP, every record in the book. Through all the injuries and conflicts, I never missed a game.

There wasn't a record I didn't hold, and I was living very comfortably happy to wait for the Hall of Fame to come a callin'.

When I went back to the playground where I had spent so much of my life, my career, my happiest moments I could almost hear the fans chanting my name, BART - BART - BART.

ESPN tried to talk to me at one of my charity golf events, and I told them sure I've thought about playing, but I'm retired. I thought that would be it but they kept calling and calling.

I too am thinking of coming out of retirement but I think the game has moved on without me.

    What should I do?

  12. haha funny stuff!
