    just keep running but not too much that you get injured.

    dont forget to stretch, eat protein, speed workouts, and rests.

  2. You get better by hardwork and tons of running. Mix up your running with both Distance and speed workouts.

  3. Just keep doing it. Every time you run, push yourself a little more. I (jeffs girlfriend) was in the Air Force and when I first started my 3 miles took like 25 minutes and after 3 weeks i got it down to less than 10 minutes! Also, you can try different types of running where you run at a steady pace for about 5 minutes and then full on sprint for about a 1 minute and do that about 5 times. Just push yourself a little harder  every time you try! Good luck!
