his dad had already registered my baby as a japanese citizen...is he a natural filipino citizen or do i need to apply for dual citizenship?? if yes.. how?? we are currently here in the philippines....

Very easy, Just get your baby an NSO birth certificate and apply for a Philippine passport, problem solved.
