  1. When I had that problem, I dished two plates of food. One with all the veg, not to much. Like 3 types and only a spoon full of each, and only after she finished this, she was allowed her meat, potatoes etc etc. And if she don't eat its fine, Soon enough she got hungry enough and ate. I let her eat veggies and then the rest for about 2 weeks.

When I put the food together I only dished up enough to just fill her, and if she finished it, she was allowed to ask for more, but that plate have to be done before getting any thing else. Even if she had to eat the rest of the food 2 hours later if she got hungry again (happened only once, I made sure not to dish in to much)

I now have a 5 year old angel that eats her veggies, but even better, she actually enjoys them.

  2. When my son was around 2 he did the same thing.  When he got full he would hold the food in like a chipmunk.  I would finally have to ask him to spit it out.  At this point get her a vitamin and make sure everything she eats is cut up very tiny.
