My 2 year old fell out of bed four in the morn she slept 3 hours late is acting slow and vommit once er or no?

at four in the morning my two year old daughter fell out of bed was not sure if she hit her head or not. She slept three hours late this morning woke up easy. My wife loaded the kids in the car to go and the two year old got sick she has only been sick once. She does seem to act slow but not to abnormal eyes look good what should i do

  1. yes, go, especially since she vomited


  2. yeah if she fell out of bed. and now is vomiting that is a sign. of something wrong they should never vomit after a fall. big red flags right there.  take her in shes only 2.

  3. take her to the ER

  4. Take her to the emergency room, ASAP.

  5. I would take her in.  Also, wait to give her food or drink in case she is in shock.

  7. I was going to say it is nothing.. but then you mentioned that your daughter vomited... Nausea/Vomiting and as many parents refer to it "...just not acting right." after hitting the head, throws up a big red flag for a closed head injury. I think it is best if you take your daughter to her doctor, or to the Emergency Department right away to get checked out.

  8. If she hit her head she might have a concussion. Better go to the ER.just to be safe.
